  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Manage office access control systems and key distribution
  • Plan and execute internal employee events and team gatherings
  • Collaborate with the People team to manage new hire physical setup and onboarding
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment inventory
  • Ensure common areas, conference rooms, and workspaces are organized and presentable
