Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields being a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a positive attitude are also necessary.
The Receptionist will greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, manage the reception area, handle incoming phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars, perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, maintain office supplies inventory, distribute mail and packages, assist with planning and organizing company events and meetings, and work independently and as part of a team.
