The Admin Support role will involve performing accurate data entry into key business platforms such as Ascora, Monday.com, and Ontrack, transcribing and migrating information from various sources into structured formats, maintaining and updating digital records with a focus on accuracy, identifying gaps or inefficiencies in processes and contributing to process improvement, proactively creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), researching and utilizing platform functionalities, collaborating with team members to clarify inputs, maintaining an organized digital workspace, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the company.
