We are seeking a motivated Technical Support professional to assist our active clients with product feature and functionality questions. This role involves coordinating support services, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years experience in a technical support function, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel fundamentals is highly preferred.
  • Time Zone: Confident working in the Eastern and Central Time Zones is highly preferred.
  • Ticketing System: Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk experience is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate combination of education and experience.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot to resolve problems quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications.
  • Accounting & Audit Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting and audit principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist clients with product feature and functionality questions via email, tickets, and phone.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of various support services, including data migrations, live phone training, and system reconfiguration.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues encountered by clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with development, product management, and customer onboarding teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Client Understanding: Gain a valuable understanding of customer needs through direct client interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer care.
