Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a technical support function within a SaaS environment, with experience highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel fundamentals is desired, along with familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk experience is a plus). A Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience is required, and accounting & audit knowledge is a plus. Confidence working in the Eastern and Central Time Zone is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist will assist active clients with product feature functionality questions, coordinate the delivery of various support services including responding to inquiries via email, tickets, and phone, data migrations, live phone training, and reconfiguration. They will troubleshoot system issues, work with internal teams to resolve problems, and help clients understand their needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with development, product management, and customer onboarding functions to efficiently care for customers and contribute to continuous improvement.
