Requirements

• 2-3 years of administrative experience
• Email and database management skills
• Customer service experience
• Invoice processing experience
• Experience working in the property market or maintenance services industries
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools
• Nice to Have: Simpro experience

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity: Updating duplicate sites, contacts, and customers.
• Customer Information Management: Managing contact details of property managers and customer contracts relating to safety checks.
• Site Information Management: Linking customer information and assets, and managing site contacts (Property Managers, Renters, and Rental Providers).
• Report Management: Adding historical reports to sites and jobs.
• Communication: Emailing completed reports, invoices, and quotes to property managers.
• Work Orders: Updating work orders to Simpro (initial leads).
