Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a legal operations, legal assistant, or tech-focused paralegal role
Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal) for communication with global team
Tech-First Mindset: Proven knack for technology, excited to learn, master, and administer new platforms, thinking in terms of workflows and data
High proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel (data organization, basic formulas)
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data, metadata, and communications
Proactive & Organized: Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Serve as administrative support for CLM platform (Ironclad): Maintain contract repository, clean up and standardize metadata taxonomy, ensure accurate and structured contract data for reporting to LAC, Finance, and Sales teams
Manage LAC Help Center (Jira Service Board) queue: Assess, triage, and assign incoming tickets to appropriate team members
Manage department's shared email inboxes (e.g., legal@) using Gmelius: Triage and assign time-sensitive emails
Help LAC Ops Manager maintain internal training/best practice collateral in Confluence pages, Google Drives, and LAC Operations Manual
Serve as point of contact for outside counsel and legal vendor invoicing questions
Assist with budget tracking: Gather and organize invoice data into Excel/Google Sheets for metrics, benchmarking, and reporting
Partner with LAC Ops Manager to document existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and suggest opportunities for automation and improvement
Become proficient in systems like Ironclad and Jira, manage contract data, triage legal requests, and support metrics reporting
