Requirements

Ability to interpret complex entertainment contracts
Experience with payroll system configurations
Knowledge of union and guild agreements (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, etc.)
Detail-oriented and able to validate accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work within defined SLAs
Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues

Responsibilities

Review incoming projects in Salesforce and vet contracts
Ensure accurate setup of contracts in Wrapbook’s payroll system
Proactively analyze project details in the CRM and engage clients for clarification
Consult with the Labor Relations team on complex contracts
Maintain thorough notes on all internal and external communications
Test and validate wage, fringe, pension, and health & welfare setups
Monitor reports for expirations, modifications, and discrepancies
Distribute relevant union and guild updates to internal stakeholders
Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Payroll Coordinators to ensure seamless project launches
