Requirements
- Ability to interpret complex entertainment contracts
- Experience with payroll system configurations
- Knowledge of union and guild agreements (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and able to validate accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work within defined SLAs
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Review incoming projects in Salesforce and vet contracts
- Ensure accurate setup of contracts in Wrapbook’s payroll system
- Proactively analyze project details in the CRM and engage clients for clarification
- Consult with the Labor Relations team on complex contracts
- Maintain thorough notes on all internal and external communications
- Test and validate wage, fringe, pension, and health & welfare setups
- Monitor reports for expirations, modifications, and discrepancies
- Distribute relevant union and guild updates to internal stakeholders
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Payroll Coordinators to ensure seamless project launches
