Requirements

  • Ability to interpret complex entertainment contracts
  • Experience with payroll system configurations
  • Knowledge of union and guild agreements (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and able to validate accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming projects in Salesforce and vet contracts
  • Ensure accurate setup of contracts in Wrapbook’s payroll system
  • Proactively analyze project details in the CRM and engage clients for clarification
  • Consult with the Labor Relations team on complex contracts
  • Maintain thorough notes on all internal and external communications
  • Test and validate wage, fringe, pension, and health & welfare setups
  • Monitor reports for expirations, modifications, and discrepancies
  • Distribute relevant union and guild updates to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Payroll Coordinators to ensure seamless project launches
