Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of financial industry/banking experience, exceptional ability to manage individual time and tasks to meet or exceed productively goals, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently on all levels, and proven ability to work independently and take initiative. High school graduate or equivalent (GED); recent college graduates are encouraged to apply and proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
The Business Operations Account Servicing Associate will act as a key liaison across the three operational units (Enrollment, Client Service, and Settlements) to ensure business and compliance standards are working properly and being followed, processing daily transactions per the customer request submitted via the Client Service Department, analyzing daily reports regarding exception management, creditor correspondence, and customer account changes, maintaining integrity of customer account information within CRM (Salesforce), managing communication structure and timing for key program milestones and all payment-transaction related events, processing customer account updates within CRM system, performing accuracy checks on established business processes, and other duties and special projects as required.
