Candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and a preference for an Associate's degree or higher. They should have at least 2 years of escrow related work experience and 2 years of customer service-related work experience. Familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Teams) and Salesforce experience is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and telephone etiquette are also required.
The Associate Production Support Analyst will ensure exceptional customer service for customers by interfacing with them to resolve 1st and 2nd tier customer support calls/queries/problems. They will maintain Salesforce Service Tickets and online chat support, examine customer problems to provide accurate and creative solutions, investigate and track customer issues, analyze customer requirements, and maintain a current knowledge of relevant products and support policies. Additionally, the role involves responding to customer requests within SLAs, providing follow-up when needed, potentially training less experienced team members, and performing additional duties related to First American applications as assigned.
