  • Skills in hospital/business planning: market analysis, formulating and implementing regional plans, and VBP volume estimation/management
  • Proficiency in market insights: tracking industry policies, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • Cross-departmental collaboration as first point of contact: coordinating complaints, after-sales, installations, market projects, academic networks, clinical maintenance, inventory, and PCR applications
  • Possession of clear business planning for goal achievement, key client management execution, resilience, execution force, and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual contract value, value expansion goals, and sales plan for assigned small to medium clients
  • Maintain base business through value co-creation with clients
  • Capture value expansion (VE) and new business opportunities, including "ZBA" wins and contract renewals
  • Collect, share, and report market intelligence on assigned clients
  • Meet sales indicators, including installations and other metrics
  • Regularly inventory client stock, estimate performance reasonably, and track order fulfillment
  • Define key clients and sales targets in the region (existing and target); collect and update client data accurately
  • Manage existing key clients: conduct regular reviews of product usage and activities to address needs, enhance stickiness, and ensure satisfaction; build relationships from labs to clinical departments and management; identify risks and create contingency plans
  • Analyze target key clients' lab setups, reagents, ordering departments, competitors, and channels; uncover needs, pain points, and formulate mid-to-long-term development plans
  • Follow sales processes to create and execute effective client visit plans
  • Analyze regional market and personal situation to formulate and implement hospital and regional business plans aligned with performance goals
  • Estimate and manage VBP volumes reasonably
  • Gather regional industry policy changes, market dynamics, and competitor intelligence
  • Act as primary problem-solver, integrating internal resources: coordinate client complaints, after-sales service, installations; support market project execution, academic circles, clinical doctor maintenance, and internal meetings; manage product inventory expiry, PCR applications to boost satisfaction
