Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and have 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accounts receivable clerk, preferably for a US company. Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software and Salesforce CRM is strongly preferred, along with intermediate Excel skills and a solid understanding of US GAAP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage customer information within the accounting system, update records based on executed contracts, and prepare client invoices with supporting documentation across all legal entities. This role involves responding to billing inquiries, resolving client issues, monitoring A/R aging reports to facilitate timely collections, and assisting with month-end closing procedures and annual financial audits.
