Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in large enterprise account management or working in the pharmaceutical industry, possess strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders including C-level executives, demonstrate a proactive approach to managing complex sales processes, and exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills. A valid working visa in Japan is required, and native-level Japanese and business-level English are desired.
As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva’s Commercial Cloud solutions for Pharmaceutical Accounts, communicating across various business functions and organizational levels, managing relationships with key stakeholders, leading long-term customer relationships and transactions, meeting/exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets, managing complex sales cycles, and being willing to travel.
