Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry. Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills are essential, along with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
As a Partner Sales Manager, Commercial, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and partner acquisition targets, developing a deep understanding of partners' business strategies, and driving pipeline growth around partners' solutions. You will also need to penetrate partner teams, track individual progress, and ensure tight integration between AuditBoard sales and the partner(s) to increase the odds of closure, while representing your territory on sales team calls and strategic deal reviews.
