Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as a highly motivated and urgent approach, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments.
As an Account Manager, Startups at Vanta, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and ensuring customer security and compliance goals are aligned to their company growth needs. You will also develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s product offerings, manage the entire sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities, accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, and maintain a clean SFDC instance with meticulous pipeline hygiene. Additionally, you will collaborate on account plans to identify new expansion opportunities and ensure close strategic collaboration with CSMs.
