Recognized for ability to exceed expectations with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate strong motivation for improving the quality of life of patients and caregivers

Capable of analyzing and proposing the appropriate solution to clients

Responsibilities

Guarantee, promote, and develop the sale of Safe Patient Handling (SPH) solutions in your sector
Commit to and ensure the achievement of an annual regional business plan
Prospect, identify, and follow up on regional "public & private" targets
Implement action plans for the sector (calendar, actions, resources, budget...)
Manage Forecasts and rigorously update information in the software
Build, in relation with the Sales Management, an offer that best meets client expectations while respecting Baxter's national strategy
Guarantee total client satisfaction (training plan, satisfaction measurement, delivery, etc.)
Commit to dynamic and justified management of demonstration equipment
Install and assemble equipment at the client's site upon delivery
Sell service contracts at the time of sale
Train caregiver users on good ergonomic mobilization practices
Know and manage influential regional actors
Make regular reports of your activity
Implement quality assurance procedures and report client complaints
Plan and coordinate interventions with clients with internal services concerned (Marketing – customer service, etc.)
