Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, the role involves proactively managing and developing partner relationships through regular contact and needs analysis via phone and email, taking responsibility for the sale and smooth processing of a wide range of IT products and solutions for partners, coordinating with the Account Management team of the VMware manufacturer to ensure optimal partner support in project business, creating and following up on tailored offers, closely collaborating with other departments such as the external sales team, key account management, business development, finance, and purchasing to serve partners as a competent contact, maintaining project records in the CRM system and updating customer information, and negotiating prices for projects in coordination with the key account management team.
