Account Manager, Enterprise

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, ideally serving enterprise-level clients in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, with a proven ability to manage large, strategic accounts and achieve renewals, upsells, and expansions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools.
The Account Manager will manage and expand relationships with key strategic customers in Indonesia, including Grab and Super Bank, collaborating with Renewal Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure timely renewals, drive expansions, and facilitate upsells. They will actively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, enhance product adoption, and maximize value delivered by JumpCloud’s solutions, while maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting on KPIs, and collaborating with Marketing and New Business teams. The role also requires providing regular updates to regional leadership and engaging effectively with stakeholders, and periodically traveling to client sites to foster strong partnerships.
