Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science or Business, and demonstrate demonstrable sales experience in a life science setting. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is required, along with experience in distribution/supplier relationships, and advantageous knowledge of the Swedish Biotech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Account Manager, the individual will perform sales calls to understand customer needs, independently make decisions to implement tailored solutions, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through various communication methods, develop and implement sales strategies to expand business and meet objectives, research competitor and industry activity, utilize analytics to identify opportunities, maintain accurate reporting and records, and travel to customer sites and sales meetings as needed. They will also exhibit self-discipline, coach or mentor teammates, set strategic sales goals, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific positively at all times.
