The Account Manager will focus on building strong customer relationships, navigating their organizations to align stakeholders, driving commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets, determining product-use case fit, acting as a thought partner, delivering expertise and guidance, positioning Plaid as a trusted partner, prioritizing and executing on portfolio strategies, and serving as a voice for the customer internally and a product feedback loop.
