  • Advocate for the client internally - sharing feedback, identifying friction points, and partnering cross-functionally (Product, BI, Brand Ops) to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dutchie’s solutions - effectively articulating value, adapting to an evolving roadmap, and helping clients navigate change.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent, transparent communication and a bias for action, building a strong foundation for long-term retention and referenceability.

  • Executive presence and strong relationship-building chops—especially with senior brand stakeholders.
  • A practical understanding of AdTech, brand/retail trade dynamics, and analytics with the ability to simplify complex concepts and align them to client needs.
  • Comfortable with longer deal cycles and multiple stakeholders, navigating complexity with clarity and confidence.
  • Proficient in reviewing, interpreting and synthesizing raw performance and sales data to build comprehensive performance recaps and upsell opportunities for clients.
  • Highly collaborative - able to partner cross-functionally while still driving individual impact.
  • Agile and curious - motivated by innovation and comfortable promoting new, evolving products.
