As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will define account plans and success plans, navigate complex enterprise accounts by building key relationships with stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and drive consumption, lead the resolution of escalations and continuous improvement, advocate for product improvements, drive business value through retention and expansion, and lead renewals end-to-end.
