Requirements

Candidates should possess effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, the ability to work independently and set priorities, accountability for their own performance, and the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure in a target-driven environment. Excellent organisational and time/diary management skills, research, analysis, and concise presentation skills to senior management are also required, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work proactively and strategically.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will focus on business development by creating quality used car dealer relationships, account management by ensuring dealers meet sales targets, attending onsite meetings and negotiations to offer competitive finance facilities, providing excellent customer service, and actively participating as a team player. They will achieve business targets and personal objectives, attend 121’s and team meetings, and present to motor dealers of all sizes while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and deadlines.
