Job Description: AccuTrade Performance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

AccuTrade is seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our AccuTrade Performance Management team. This role requires a passion for working with people, building relationships, and driving success for our dealer partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a used vehicle department with verifiable results.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain.
  • 8+ years of in-store experience in relevant roles such as Used Car Manager/Director, Finance Manager, or General Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Travel: 25-50% travel required.
  • Drive adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform across dealer operations (sales, used car operations, service).
  • Own dealer retention for our customer portfolio.
  • Ongoing tracking of cancellations, identifying lead drivers, and tracking results of conversations regarding cancellation reasons.
  • Share best practices with dealers for in-store implementation.
  • Interact with senior dealership decision-makers to provide platform performance overviews.
  • Drive performance through reporting and dealership execution of the AccuTrade tool by rooftop.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for AccuTrade end-to-end processes.
  • Act as the "voice of the Dealer" to ensure internal needs are met, working with the product team to identify and prioritize dealer needs.
  • Connect post-sale product performance to pre-sale onboarding to improve the handoff from Pre-Sale through Post-Sale.
  • Own AccuTrade Post-Sale performance reporting and use it to improve dealer value through quantifiable data and analytics.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and best practices sharing.
  • Assist in-person with critical/high impact/key accounts requiring additional resources, as needed.
