University degree preferred, Chemical related major is preferred
At least 3-5 years of technical or sales experience in Flexible or Adhesive related industries
Basic knowledge in PU technology (preferred but not imperative)

Responsibilities

Ensure business operation in compliance with company mission & vision by monitoring the application of operating standard procedure
Deliver sales objectives
Develop value selling and technical understanding to accelerate new business development
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate into new markets/customers (under the guidance of the line manager)
Develop key account management plans to maintain strong relationships at multiple levels to expand market share at key accounts
Monitor market developments and collect data/information on competitors’ movements
Prepare regular sales planning reports, customer visit reports, and market update reports
