Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 or more years of Account Management experience within the financial services sector, with preference given to direct experience in cards, payments, or issuer processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with networking abilities to build rapport internally and externally. A growth mindset and the capacity to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment are also required, alongside the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel, becoming a trusted partner while managing the governance framework and running key forums such as Steering Committees and Business Reviews. They will partner with clients to develop strategic account plans aligned with their goals and Episode Six’s capabilities, identify and develop opportunities for existing clients, serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensure KPI’s and targets are consistently met, manage the business side for development and enhancements, create and maintain forecast models, and partner with the business development team on contract renegotiations and expanding client partnerships.
