Responsibilities

  • Covering the Baxter theatre operating tables in the North West and North Wales territory
  • Representing Baxter and its products, building relationships and establishing trust with clinicians
  • Developing business pipeline and fully owning the sales process for Baxter's range of surgical operating tables
  • Becoming the knowledge base and trusted partner on the complete range of operating tables and accessories
  • Spending 90% of time in the hospital environment discussing and demonstrating the operating theatre product range
  • Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with patient/procedure positioning to achieve sales
  • Engaging commercially with key decision makers in hospitals, including unit and departmental management, procurement, finance, and medical engineering partners
  • Sharing insights and feedback with team and cross-functional partners to validate and inform priorities and changes
  • Working closely with the team to deploy the UK product and sales strategy
