Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in account management, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements, and challenges. They should be able to implement HPE’s strategy, drive business performance, build and develop customer relationships, and engage with the extended partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will manage one or several larger accounts or act as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account, understanding the customer’s IT and business objectives, driving business performance, building customer relationships, orchestrating deals, and acting as the customer’s advocate inside HPE. They will also develop information technology industry knowledge, plan for account results, and provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
