They will cross-sell to new teams within the existing customer base by leading discovery calls and demos, pitching relevant use cases that drive quantifiable business outcomes. Additionally, they will quarterback mutual action plans with cross-functional partners to accelerate time to value and share insights from customer conversations with product, engineering, and design teams.
