Commercial Account Executive, West (Remote)

Candidates should possess 5+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in SaaS sales, demonstrating the ability to retain and grow existing accounts, drive net new expansion bookings, and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies. They should have success in building key customer relationships across various levels, including decision-makers and C-level stakeholders, and proactively communicate with customer contacts to understand needs and solicit feedback. Strong knowledge of sales processes, complex product solutions, and Remote’s services is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and business fluency in English.
The Account Manager, AMER-West will manage the entire sales cycle for a book of business, identifying expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, presenting Remote’s services to existing customers, and ensuring the completion of the business cycle. They will own customer relationships, participate in strategic events, lead discussions to deepen relationships, create proactive client strategies, develop pipeline, forecast outcomes, provide accurate reporting data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
