Commercial Account Executive, West (Remote)

Candidates should have 5+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in SaaS sales, demonstrating a proven ability to retain and grow existing accounts, drive net new expansion bookings, and execute upselling/cross-selling strategies. They should possess success in building key customer relationships across various levels, including decision-makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders, and proactively communicate with key contacts to understand needs and solicit feedback. Strong knowledge of sales processes, complex product solutions, and Remote’s services is also required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and business fluency in English.
As an Account Manager, AMER-West, you will manage the entire sales cycle, including retaining existing customer investment, identifying new expansion opportunities, and executing upsell and cross-sell strategies. You will present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers, create pathways for upselling solutions, and ensure the completion of the business cycle. This role involves owning and nurturing customer relationships, participating in strategic events, leading discussions to deepen relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking charge of customer retention initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating and executing proactive client strategies to achieve goals, developing pipeline, forecasting outcomes, providing accurate reporting data, and maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.
