Your Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for business with dedicated customers.
• Drive strategies and programs to expand business and gain market share.
• Deepen relationships and build competitive knowledge.
• Penetrate existing customers and plan strategies for acquiring new customers.
• Negotiate strategic decisions at various management levels.
• Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from technical, marketing, and internal sales departments.
• Coordinate web training for customers.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration or technology, or a comparable completed apprenticeship.
• In-depth professional experience in sales, preferably in the field of electronic components.
• A good basic understanding of electrical engineering.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Pleasant demeanor and customer-oriented work ethic.
• Motivation, ambition, and resilience.
• Enjoyment of customer visits and related travel.
