The Account Manager will manage PitchBook’s core customer relationships, build a sales strategy focused on expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts. They will also establish lasting relationships with key decision-makers, conduct client demonstration sessions, collaborate with Customer Success Managers, and ensure client retention and growth.
