They should also be able to articulate the value proposition of Clipboard Health’s products to various stakeholders and capture feedback from prospects regarding their needs and wants. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in relationship management, though it is not strictly required.
The Account Manager will own a book of business, routinely speaking with assigned accounts, solving issues as they arise, and helping customers stay current on invoices. They will establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives, clearly articulate the value proposition of the products, capture feedback from prospects, and work cross functionally with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives with existing customers. The role also involves occasional local travel (approximately 10-20%) to meet with nearby healthcare facilities.

The platform allows healthcare providers to find qualified nurses who can fill open shifts, which helps improve patient care and avoid penalties for understaffing. Unlike traditional staffing agencies, Clipboard Health operates as a marketplace, facilitating direct connections between facilities and nurses while earning revenue through transaction fees.
