The Account Manager will oversee clients in our small-market (<100 lives) book of business. This role focuses on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day client management. As the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, the Account Manager's goal is to ensure client success and engagement. This role reports to the Director of Account Management (small-market) and collaborates with the Strategic Accounts team and cross-functional areas.
