Requirements

  • Ability to manage and follow up on a dedicated portfolio of accounts, being proactive in proposing software ecosystem development
  • Expertise in handling full sales cycles (from discovery to closing) targeting sectors such as lawyers, accountants, and businesses
  • Strong understanding and analysis of client needs and challenges in legal professions (legal security, profitability, management, organizational optimization, risk management), with capability to engage high-level interlocutors
  • Proficiency in driving revenue growth on existing clients through cross-selling (online and software sales), regular client visits, advisory support for business development, product/service promotion, and new sales
  • Skills in consultative selling, positioning as a true advisor and solution provider for innovative digital solutions
  • Competence in interfacing between client needs and internal services, including formalizing client feedback for product development, adhering to methods/processes (CRM usage, field need reporting, product improvement), and ensuring qualitative reporting with objectives
  • Geographic focus on Grand Ouest region and Ile-de-France

Responsibilities

  • Develop the existing portfolio and promote all products & services, especially software activities
  • Ensure account follow-up and propose developments for the software ecosystem among clients
  • Manage sales cycles across targeted sectors (lawyers, accountants, enterprises)
  • Analyze client needs and legal profession challenges to address high-level stakeholders
  • Grow revenue on existing clients via cross-selling, regular visits, advisory, product promotion, and new sales
  • Provide service and advisory to deliver optimal tools and solutions (consultative sales approach)
  • Act as interface for client needs with internal teams, contribute to solution development via feedback, ensure process compliance (CRM, reporting), and meet qualitative objectives
  • Handle own performance accountability (prise de rende)
