Requirements

Candidates should possess effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, the ability to work independently and take accountability for their performance, and excellent organisational and time/diary management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management are also required, along with flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and the willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will focus on business development by creating quality used car dealer relationships within their geographical area, managing existing used car dealers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets, attending face-to-face dealer onsite meetings and negotiations to offer competitive finance facilities, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be an active team player, achieving business targets and personal objectives, attending 121’s and team meetings, and presenting to motor dealers of all sizes.
