Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will focus on the commercial aspect of the customer partnership, proactively managing customer relationships around renewals and expansion conversations, becoming a trusted advisor, identifying and understanding new business opportunities, driving higher levels of adoption for customers, managing sales funnel of renewals and expansion opportunities, maintaining a thorough understanding of customer business needs, and driving higher levels of adoption for customers who are underutilising the Deputy solution. You will also be responsible for proactively flagging customer risk, issues, and threats, maintaining knowledge of trends in workforce management, and analysing and delivering feedback to leadership teams.
