Requirements

Candidates should possess effective communication skills and methods for interacting with used car dealers, the ability to work independently and set priorities, accountability for performance, clear and fair communication skills, the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to research, analyze, and present information concisely. Previous experience in motor finance or the motor industry is desirable, along with an understanding of the digital marketplace and regulatory environment within the motor industry.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, the primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with used car dealers, managing existing dealer accounts to meet sales and efficiency targets, attending onsite meetings and negotiations to offer competitive finance facilities, providing excellent customer service, actively participating as a team player, achieving business targets and personal objectives, attending 121s and team meetings, and proactively researching and presenting material to senior management.
