Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a background in biological, medical, or life science, and a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience within the life science industry. Strong sales skills and a proven track record of successful sales are required, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Account Manager will develop and implement tactical account plans to achieve sales objectives, proactively explore markets, identify sales opportunities, and expand market coverage. They will master technical knowledge of life science reagent products, coordinate cross-functional teams for product quality and delivery, participate in promotional campaigns, and collect market intelligence to support data-driven strategies.
