Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise level clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Track record of winning share of wallet, cross-selling, and upselling deals for digital and retail clients (e.g., e-commerce, gaming, OTA, streaming services)
  • Excellent project management skills, including orchestrating complex projects and working with cross-functional teams
  • High-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
  • Passionate about pushing boundaries and creating value in the payment space
  • Ability to work in uncertain situations and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (for working with merchants in HK and Mainland China)

Responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants
  • Drive growth through increasing share of wallet, cross-selling, upselling, bringing valuable insights, and building strong relationships with key contacts
  • Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders and leverage them to drive the best possible merchant experience
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis; deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants for their payments strategy
  • Coordinate any internal projects regarding your merchants
  • Work and collaborate with colleagues in the global Adyen team
