Position Overview

Join Vetcove's growing team and help transform how veterinarians purchase essential supplies. Vetcove provides eCommerce and mobile platforms that allow veterinary practices to compare and buy from all their vendors in one place. We serve over 17,000 veterinary hospitals, supporting tens of thousands of veterinarians and millions of animals annually across the United States. Our mission is to enable veterinary organizations to spend more time providing care and less time on procurement.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight.
  • Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and manage action items for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about Vetcove product initiatives and effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts.
  • Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to facilitate client feedback loops, bug identification, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to onboard new acquisition clinics.
  • Nurture corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Excellent time and process management skills.
  • Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events.
  • A strong desire to learn and contribute to defining an emerging function within a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation

  • Typical Base Pay Range (US): $70,000/year - $110,000/year
  • Colorado Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
  • Note: Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The stated range is for base pay and does not include bonus, equity, or other incentives.
  • In addition to base compensation, Vetcove offers a comprehensive benefits package as detailed above.
