Requirements

  • Curious nature and passion for working on both corporate and consumer accounts
  • Understanding of the categories in which clients operate
  • Experience in social media and influencer strategy development and management (bonus, not essential)
  • Ability to self-manage and manage junior team members effectively
  • Proficient writer across all styles, including press releases, speeches, briefs, newsletters, etc
  • Billability of at least 90% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of all aspects of client campaigns/projects
  • Management of regular client WIPs, ensuring key milestones are met and clients are fully updated
  • Provide proactive, solutions-driven client communications
  • Media strategy development and press relations, including leading media engagement to secure key coverage
  • Social media and influencer strategy development and management
  • Creative idea generation and development, including thorough planning of brainstorms
  • Proposal writing
  • Setting client KPIs and managing delivery in partnership with the Account Director
  • Management of budget trackers for projects/events
  • Contribute to the overall office culture and help others enjoy their work
  • Contribute to (and sometimes lead) strategic development of projects and long-term campaigns in partnership with the senior client lead
  • Effectively manage client teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Develop professional and management skills of junior team members with ongoing constructive feedback
  • Lend skills, capabilities, or knowledge in problem-solving for clients or teams
  • Develop client KPIs in partnership with senior lead and ensure delivery with team
  • Utilize agency creative and planning services cost-effectively
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Zeno network
  • Be a positive role model and mentor for others
  • Manage key relationships with client leads at local, regional, and global levels to contribute to revenue growth
  • Identify and develop client relationships/opportunities
  • Serve as a valued team member and resource for clients, juniors, and stakeholders
