Experience in a consulting firm managing customer relationships and improving user experience is essential. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, along with the ability to develop and maintain networks to address customer issues. Candidates should be adept at handling various forms of customer interactions, including difficult conversations, and possess effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the payment industry is a significant advantage.
The Account Manager will maintain relationships with Enterprise level accounts and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with the sales team. They will manage day-to-day customer queries and issues, ensuring successful resolution and keeping customers informed on progress. The role includes leading Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, providing data analysis, and promoting new products. The Account Manager will educate customers on Airwallex products and proactively seek to improve the customer experience by identifying opportunities for enhancement and addressing root causes of issues while complying with all regulations and policies.
