Requirements

Candidates should possess approximately 12+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position, with experience collaborating with internal teams such as pre-sales, value, and inside sales to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously. They should also have experience managing 18+ month sales cycles and nurturing relationships with executive-level stakeholders in both existing and new business units, while sharing Workday value propositions.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, the primary responsibility is to drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams and utilizing consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and Executive sponsors. This includes developing strategy for prioritizing and closing key opportunities, providing input to product strategy, maintaining accurate sales data, and fostering partnerships with senior leadership to guide customers on a journey towards Workday’s enterprise management cloud solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
