Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a proven track record of selling to a technical audience, preferably with prior experience in collaboration or developer tools. SaaS and startup experience, along with comfort in a fast-paced and flexible environment, are also required. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills are essential.
As an Account Executive, you will become a product expert, assisting customers in effectively utilizing Linear; generating a strong sales pipeline and exceeding quarterly targets; building relationships with key stakeholders within accounts; and acting as the voice of the customer by advocating for product or adoption blockers to the product team.
