Responsibilities

The Account Executive will represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to potential and existing customers, focusing on building relationships to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the SMB segment. Responsibilities include researching and qualifying client needs to propose suitable solutions, collaborating with the SDR team to develop strategies and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and ensuring ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership. Maintaining and updating the CRM system and attending industry events to build relationships within the HR Tech/FinTech and Payroll ecosystem are also key duties.
