SMB Account Executive - Acquisition

Position Overview

Zoom is seeking a motivated hunter and prospector to generate sales opportunities for our Zoom solutions. This role focuses on engaging with growing organizations (51-500 employees) in India. As an SMB Account Executive, you will provide cutting-edge AI Zoom workplace solutions tailored to client business needs. You will develop potential clients in Korea and manage end-to-end sales activities. You will report to the local Sales Manager and collaborate with the local sales team to drive Zoom's business expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS/IT company.
  • Tools: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo).
  • Sales Acumen:
    • Understanding of outreach methods to approach new clients.
    • A strong hunting mindset.
    • Ability to hunt into new accounts, maintain business within existing accounts, and manage complex sales situations and large projects.
  • Communication: Excellence in presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred Background: Preferably from a UCaaS or CCaaS solutions background.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities within the SMB segment (51-500 employees) in India.
  • Develop potential clients in Korea.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities.
  • Present and sell Zoom's AI workplace solutions based on client business needs.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to drive business expansion.
