Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of technology sales experience, specifically within the State and Local Government sector, and a minimum of 5+ years of experience successfully securing new business with public sector organizations. Knowledge of the nuances of selling to SLED, public sector demand cycles, and existing contract vehicles is required, alongside an understanding of SLED procurement/acquisition in the State of California.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts, manage the entire sales process including forecasting revenue in SalesForce.com, and present WalkMe solutions using values-based sales techniques while collaborating with Sales Engineers. You will also execute sales activities with other teams, senior management, and corporate counsel, focusing on contract negotiation and signed contracts, and begin onboarding to gain proficiency in WalkMe’s product and sales process within the first 30 days.
