Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or have at least 2 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical setting. Clinical experience in a respiratory environment is preferred, as is significant experience in negotiating and closing new business or budgeting. Demonstrated strategic selling skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver's license are also required.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care, and long-term care facilities. They will develop and implement strategic territory sales plans for Baxter's Respiratory Health products, manage both clinical and financial aspects of accounts, and meet or exceed sales quotas. The role involves prospecting for new business, communicating competitive differentiation, completing company reports and projects, and complying with company policies.
