Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B full-cycle and quota-carrying sales experience or 6 years of fund accounting or operations experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds. Knowledge of selling Fund Administration services, FinTech products, or SaaS products is preferred, and experience selling into new markets is a plus. Eagerness to understand market needs and a track record of integrity and ethics are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders are required.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will interface directly with prospective Private Equity and Venture Capital firm clients to sell fund administration and software products. They will collaborate with Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solution Engineering teams to originate, manage, and close new business. Building and owning relationships with key stakeholders such as CPA firms, banks, and law firms is essential. The role also involves refining the go-to-market process, working closely with the team to enhance skills and strategies, meeting or exceeding revenue goals, and attending industry events to represent Juniper Square.
